The world we live in today is one where we can book a hotel, order a meal, watch a movie, and have a black car service arrive at your home all with a few swipes on your phone. At the same time, we can watch a video tutorial on almost any subject imaginable. While these seem like phenomenal innovations on the surface level, the reality is that people today believe this quick access to information and services has made them an expert on multiple subject matters. Unfortunately, healthcare is not immune today and people are starting to treat themselves with very little oversight or inherent knowledge base. The reality today is that healthcare is changing, and we can view these forces as threats that will cause a negative disruption, or we can take the time to understand the world around us and create positive opportunities that will ultimately better the health of our patients.

This CE webinar will the allow the attendee to:
• Understand the disruptive forces around us
• Gain an overview of generational differences that impact health care decisions
• Be exposed to new advances in materials and technology in that will positively impact dentistry   ( disclaimer , AGD PACE Statement )
