Bluetooth is amazing. We can listen to a phone through ear buds without wires; it’s a great world. Dentally speaking the use of zirconia has been almost as revolutionary and has proven to be a durable, versatile restorative material when proper preparation and cementation techniques are used. Advancements in zirconia revolve around more realistic opacity and light transmission and more predictable, bio-friendly cementation techniques. Monolithic zirconia has reached a level of aesthetics to be a viable option in many anterior cases.
Upon completion of this CE webinar, the participant will review the following: • Understanding the clinical differences in zirconia opacities, when, and why • Choosing the correct type of zirconia with proper lab communication • Regenerative cementation for durable, comfortable, aesthetic restorations
